A network that holds up through outages
Challenge: The customer's network depended on a single internet connection — when the provider had an outage, the whole operation stopped.
Solution: We installed a Sophos firewall with automatic fallback to a separate internet connection, so the network switches over without anyone having to act manually.
Result: The business now has a working fallback for internet outages — the network and critical systems stay available.
A more stable network throughout the premises
Challenge: The customer had an old, improvised network with poor WiFi coverage and unreliable switches.
Solution: We replaced the network with HP switches and built out WiFi coverage across the whole premises, with clean cabling and a documented structure.
Result: More stable connectivity for both wired and wireless devices, on a network that's easy to maintain and build on.
Surveillance with on-site recording
Challenge: The customer wanted camera coverage of the premises and outdoor areas, with recordings stored locally rather than depending on a cloud service.
Solution: We installed Reolink surveillance cameras recording to an on-site NVR (network video recorder), configured for continuous and motion-triggered recording.
Result: The customer now has full camera coverage with footage stored locally and available whenever it's needed.
